When I try to login the page says: Either your user name or password is not correct. Please try again!!
Be sure that you have typed your login name and password correctly. If you forgot your user name or password, please contact your child's school.
When I try to login the page says: Your user account has been disabled!
After multiple unsuccessful login attempts, your user account will be disabled until you contact your child's school to request reactivation.
Please note that an unsuccessful login attempt will also give you information about your browser, IP address and that the attempt has been logged.
This is part of system security to prevent and document unauthorized access attempts.

New Campus Mobile apps will not work with Jeffco's current version of Infinite Campus.
What's the Issue?
Two new Infinite Campus mobile apps named "Campus Student" and "Campus Parent" have been released to the Apple and Android app store. These apps will not work with Jeffco's current version of Infinite Campus.
What do you need to do?
Please continue to use only the "Infinite Campus Mobile Portal" app. All users may still access Campus Portal directly through your computer's web browser.
We are planning a system upgrade the weekend of October 27 after which parents and students will be able to use the new mobile apps. Please check back here for updates.
